In a spate of terror attacks against Israelis, some of which have been lethal, on Sunday, an Arab man attempted to stab two Breslav Chasidim at the East Jerusalem bus station near Damascus Gate.

Thank Hashem, the two men were unhurt, but unfortunately, the Arab youth escaped from the scene almost instantly. Luckily enough, after an intensive search of the area by the police forces, a short while later the youth, a 20-year-old Arab from the village of Anata near Jerusalem was arrested on suspicion of perpetrating the attack. The knife used in the attack, which the Arab had thrown away while escaping, was also located.

According to a KAN news report, the terrorist approached the two Hasidim at a parking lot, and hit one of them, while pulling a knife from his bag. However, he was unable to stab either one. Upon failing to inflict injury, the terrorist threw the knife away and ran.

Amidst an escalating number of such attacks, on Saturday morning, a Palestinian Authority terrorist stabbed an Israeli man near the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron. Shockingly, the attacker, in this case, was a 65-year-old Arab woman. She was arrested and taken into custody, and the victim was treated at the scene for mild wounds.

Meanwhile, four terror suspects were captured early Sunday by Israeli security forces and IDF soldiers in connection with the deadly shooting attack this past Thursday in Samaria that left a 25-year-old yeshiva student dead and two others wounded.
