All soldiers were transported to Israeli hospitals while aware and in stable condition.
The explosion hit a significant device concealed in the road while an IDF armored vehicle was traveling through Jenin, which is under the control of the Palestinian Authority.
A heated gunfight between Israeli security personnel and Arab militants occurred in Jenin just before the truck explosion.
To apprehend wanted Arab terrorists, IDF and covert Border Police officers invaded the city early on Monday.
Terrorists and the IDF and Border Police forces engaged in frequent gunshot exchanges due to the Israeli forces’ exposure and attack during the operation.
Arab media sites assert that the shooting began when the IDF covered the operation’s extraction of the covert Border Police personnel from Jenin.
IDF personnel are seen operating in the city in the video posted to social media, with loud gunfire audible in the background.
In the operation, Apache helicopters from the Israel Air Force also took part and struck a terrorist stronghold in the city.
According to the WAFA news agency of the Palestinian Authority, 28 individuals were injured during the gunfight, including one who is in serious condition, and three people were murdered.
During the operation, Assem Abu al-Haija and Mussab Hassan al-Barmaki, two wanted terrorists, were captured.
