A grand jury has charged a former U.S.Marine Daniel Penny.
According to ABC News, Penny is being investigated in relation to the chokehold death of Jordan Neely on a subway train.
The specific charges won’t be made public until after Penny has been in court, according to the sources.
First, a second-degree manslaughter accusation led to Penny’s arrest.
