On Tuesday, Israel Police detained a second suspect concerning the trash accident that left a Chareidi mother of 11 seriously injured over two weeks earlier.
On Sunday, the initial suspect was detained.
After escaping from Jerusalem due to the event, the second suspect was captured on Tuesday in Elad.
On Wednesday, the police are transporting him to a court in Jerusalem to ask for an extension of his detention.
In the meantime, Mirel Duzlovosky, the hurt woman, is awake again and speaking to others nearby.
