The heroes of Chaverim of Rockland were praised and recognized in an ABC7 New York program for their crucial role in rescuing stranded motorists during the dangerous storms on Sunday, which put many lives in peril.
Chaverim’s courageous members bravely faced the torrential downpours and devastating floods in a gigantic Kiddush Hashem, saving drivers who were stranded by the terrifyingly rising waters.
In order to assure the rescue of people in need, trained volunteers displayed incredible bravery and selflessness.
