After no one overcame the odds and won the top prize in Saturday night’s drawing, the Powerball jackpot increased to an estimated $747 million.

2, 8, 15, 19, 58, and Powerball 10 were the numbers drawn.

The ninth-highest payout in American lottery history and the most recent in a line of enormous lottery jackpots is the $747 million Powerball jackpot that will be awarded Monday night.

Less than three weeks ago, a player in Maine won a $1.35 billion Mega Millions reward. In November of last year, a player in California won a record-breaking $2.04 billion Powerball jackpot.

Because there is such a small probability of matching all six numbers and earning the top reward, the jackpots grow so huge. It allows for jackpots like the $700 million one from last Saturday night.

On November 19, 2022, someone beat the odds of one in 292.2 million and won the Powerball jackpot.

The estimated winner will receive $747 million over a 29-year annuity. Most winners choose a cash for the drawing on Monday night, which would be $403.1 million.

In 45 states, as well as Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and the United States, Powerball is played. Caribbean islands.
