Multiple have been arrested the first night of Rosh Hashana as the local police have called in the army of Ukraine to arrest those that have crossed the border into Uman illegally.

The Ruv of Uman, Harav Junn is asking everyone not to leave indoors till after Rosh Hashana starts.
He also managed to stop the local police from asking for passports on Yom Tov as it cannot be carried on Y”T.
