The legislative work at Capitol Hill is halted due to a series of COVID infections among Democrats on Tuesday.
The highest-ranking Democrat who tested positive for COVID is Vice President Kamala Harris.
Harris will reportedly quarantine at Number One Observatory Circle.
Aside from Harris, some Democrats are also infected with COVID.
Sen. Ron Wyden, an Oregon Democrat, and Sen. Chris Murphy, a Connecticut Democrat, both tested positive, too.
Sources said due to COVID infections, many fear that President Joe Biden will also test positive for COVID.
