
Israeli security forces shot dead a motorcycle riding 27-year-old terrorist who shot dead five people in a shooting spree in Bnei Brak on Tuesday evening.
The security forces identified the terrorist as Dia Hamarsha, affiliated with Fatah, from the village of Ya’bad in the northern West Bank.

The security forces added that the suspect was jailed for half a year in 2015 for illegal arms dealing and belonging to a terrorist group and had worked illegally at a building site in Bnei Brak.
In the initial police investigation, the suspect on board a motorcycle went on a shooting spree around 8 p.m., killing one person in a car.
Two other people were killed on a sidewalk nearby along HaShnaim Street.
The shooting also killed another person on Herzl Street, perpendicular to HaShnaim Street.
Sources said a fifth victim, a police officer, was evacuated to the Rabin Medical Center-Beilinson Campus in critical condition and died from his wounds soon after.
Security forces immediately went to work and shot the suspect, whose lifeless body was found on Jabotinsky Street.
Two persons were arrested for allegedly helping the slain suspect in the terrorist attack in a follow-up operation.
According to reports, the attack is the third in a week in which 10 people were killed, making it the bloodiest in years.
It is also the tenth terror attack in March.
