Aharon Immergreen, a young Avreich who was seriously hurt in a terrorist attack in the Old City in November 2021, is shown returning to the scene of the terrible attack in the Old City in a poignant video.
Immergreen was on his way to the Kotel for Shacharis prayers the morning of the incident.
Aharon, who had just yelled “help, help” after understanding it was a terrorist attack, was seriously injured when the terrorist opened fire, murdering young soldier Eliyahu Kay.
A policewoman opened fire on the terrorist as she approached Aharon, who was on the ground and in critical condition.
An army physician came running over to heal his wounds the next second.
The nurse managed to stop the tremendous bleeding that Aharon was experiencing, but she was sure he wouldn’t make it.
Aharon overcame all difficulties, although disabled, and returned to the place to express his gratitude to the two people who had unquestionably saved his life that day.
The first time after the assault, Aharon then visited the Kotel.
When Aharon’s parents arrived at the scene of the attack, they recounted their thoughts and sentiments and expressed gratitude to the two police officers for saving their son’s life.
