Watch as a supervisor from the New York City Sanitation Department (DSNY) comes dangerously close to hitting a lady who is crossing the street at the intersection of 15th Avenue and 58th Street in Boro Park this morning. The supervisor then flees the scene and runs a red light shortly afterward.
It is possible that the situation might have been even more catastrophic if the woman hadn’t escaped in time.
