BREAKING: Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp services have started to return, “Slowly”
Some users (iPhone) are reporting that WhatsApp is back up and working after being down for most of the day. It is currently working in the UK and some US members are reporting receiving messages but new messages not being delivered.
Instagram is fully up and running as of 5:50 PM
