
A group of South Florida doctors walked out of their hospital Monday to call on the residents now to get vaccinated because of the surging COVID-19 cases in their area.
According to reports, the doctors made walked out just before sunrise saying they are tired from working hard to stop the latest COVID-19 surge.
“We are exhausted. Our patience and resources are running low and we need your help,” Dr. Rupesh Dharia from Palm Beach Internal Medicine said.
Based on the latest data, the surge of COVID-19 in Florida is due to the deadly Delta variant.
Due to the surge, Florida has lost five police officers to the virus in just the past week, including a 27-year-old female officer.
Moreover, it was also reported that a Florida mother lost both her sons to the virus in 24 hours and is now urging everyone to get the vaccine.
