A Florida teen was indicted in a vehicular homicide case for driving 151 mph in a crash that killed six people.
Noah Thomas Galle, 17, was slapped with six counts of vehicular homicide after he slammed his 2019 BMW M5 into an SUV carrying the people in Delray Beach on Jan. 27.
Based on the local police, the Wellington resident, who suffered minor injuries, was under the influence of alcohol and drugs at the time of the 10:58 p.m. crash.
A witness of the deadly traffic incident said Galle had “recorded himself driving at an extremely high rate of speed” two weeks earlier and posted the daredevil footage on Instagram and TikTok, the paper reported.
The local police said Galle slammed into the rear of a Nissan Rogue, killing driver Mirlaine Julceus, 44, Remize Michel, 52, Marie M. Louis, Filaine Dieu, 45, and Vanice Percina, 28.
Sources said Galle, who made his first appearance as an adult on Tuesday, is being held on a $300,000 bond plus the conditions of no driving and house arrest.
Galle is scheduled to be arraigned on April 28.
