Residents of Mea Shearim are accustomed to seeing police enter their community.
The police have searched Mea Shearim six times in the past week to find a passionate group of young people who are thought to be responsible for several recent violent incidents, including the trash bin that seriously injured a mother of ten children last week and the vandalizing of buses and phone stores.
In addition, the police took down other Palestinian flags flying in the neighborhood while looking for the perpetrators of the cruel crimes.
As the police entered the neighborhood, a few people attempted to attack them, and they were assaulted with stones and eggs.
When the police failed to locate the youngsters they were looking for, several circled the officers and began singing Chanukah songs.
