International nations condemn the “heinous” Palestinian terrorism in Jerusalem

In a statement, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stated, “We strongly condemn the barbaric terrorist act that took place last evening at a synagogue in Jerusalem and are shocked and saddened by the loss of life, particularly the killing of at least eight innocent people.”

The horrible act took place on International Holocaust Remembrance Day when people all over the world remember those who perished in the Holocaust.

In addition, President Joe Biden instructed the national security team to “engage immediately with Israeli counterparts to offer all appropriate support in assisting the wounded and bringing the perpetrators of this horrible crime to justice.”

The United States fully supports the Israeli government and its people.

On International Holocaust Remembrance Day, Tom Nides, the American ambassador to Israel, posted a message to Twitter denouncing the “horrific act of violence at a Jerusalem synagogue.”

He wrote, “This horrible terrorist attack on innocent people, especially children, has shocked and disgusted me.” “Praying for every one of the victims and their families.”

Seven people were killed in the incident at a Jerusalem synagogue, while numerous others were hurt, some critically.

Representatives Pat Ryan, Ritchie Torres, Brian Fitzpatrick, Carlos Gimenez, Andy Biggs, Jerry Nadler, Randy Feenstra, Jim Risch, Doug Lamborn, and Brad Finstad all released statements denouncing the attack.

“It is utterly terrible to attack worshipers at a synagogue on Shabbat. Asaf Zamir, the general consul of Israel in New York, declared, “We will never allow terror to triumph.
