Police authorities arrested a man for slapping a Jewish man at a South Florida resort hotel in a possible hate crime on Sunday.
The Aventura Police detained Marcos Rodriguez for slapping Alain Altit at the J.W. Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort and Spa in Aventura.
In the initial police, the Altit confronted Rodriguez after the wife of the latter called a woman at the water park a “dirty Jew”.
Without any warning, Rodriguez suddenly slaps Altit in the face as they stood by the children’s pool area of the hotel’s resort water park, Tidal Cove.
The assault was caught on video.
The five children of the victim also saw the incident and were all shocked by the assault.
Assault charges are now being readied against Marcos due to the incident.
