Numerous national and local Jewish organizations are coming together from across the United States, in planning the “No Fear: A Rally in Solidarity With the Jewish People,” rally. To be held on July 11 in Washington, D.C., the rally will raise awareness about growing anti-Semitism in person and online.
The organizations that are to be a part of the rally include Alliance for Israel, Anti-Defamation League, American Jewish Committee, B’nai Brith International, Jewish National Fund, Hadassah, Israel Forever Foundation, the Jewish Federation of North America, StandWithUs, World Jewish Congress of North America, Birthright Israel, Combat Antisemitism Movement, Orthodox Union, Rabbinical Assembly, United Synagogues of Conservative Judaism, Union for Reform Judaism and dozens of other organizations.
The rally will be held on July 11 at 1 p.m., on the west side of Capitol Hill. Free busing is being provided from several East Coast cities. The demonstration will feature Israeli actress and author Noa Tishby; Elisha Wiesel, son of the late Holocaust survivor and Nobel laureate Elie Wiesel; and Rabbi Jeffrey Myers of the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh.
As mentioned on the website, free busing is being provided from several East Coast cities including Baltimore, NYC, Philadelphia, and other locations.
