In connection with a repulsive act of vandalism on a sukkah in October, an NYFD firefighter has been charged.

Marty Party, a 37-year-old member of the NYFD, allegedly approached a sukkah close to E. the Upper West Side at 92nd Street and Second Avenue and started kicking it, breaking the building.

He then entered the sukkah and relieved himself there.

The FDNY has suspended Party for four weeks due to the occurrence, which is the maximum sanctionable period.

It should be noted that Party was not on duty at the time.

After discovering that he committed his act of damage and desecration while allegedly intoxicated, the NYPD charged him with criminal mischief.

Party receives a $92,000 yearly wage for his work as an NYFD firefighter, according to public records.
