According to Ichilov Hospital, two women who were critically hurt in a stabbing and car-ramming attack in Tel Aviv last week are “out of danger” and in stable condition.
According to a statement released by Ichilov, a division of Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center, the two women are completely cognizant and breathing on their own without the need for ventilators.
They will continue treatment in the upcoming weeks,” it was said.
One of the women was pregnant when she died in the hospital after battling for her life.
On Pinchas Rosen Street in Tel Aviv’s northeastern Ramat Hahayal district, a Palestinian terrorist struck pedestrians with his vehicle last Tuesday as they were waiting for a bus.
He then exited the car and used a sharp weapon to stab other people. There were a total of seven victims.
The attacker was killed by a shot from a nearby armed civilian. Abed Halilah, a terrorist who was unlawfully present in Israel, was named.
Halilah, according to Hamas, was a member of the terror organization located in Gaza, and the group praised the strike for being a “heroic” reaction to Israel’s military campaign in Jenin.
The attack, according to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, won’t weaken the nation’s commitment to battling terrorism.
“Anyone who believes that such an incident will make us stop fighting terrorism is mistaken.
He simply doesn’t understand the essence of the State of Israel, our government, our people, and our fighters, the prime minister declared.
