Three people were reported killed and two others badly wounded when a shooting incident occurred outside a sports bar in San Antonio around 3:30 a.m. Sunday.
In the initial police investigation by San Antonio police, a male suspect suddenly went on a shooting spree due to an argument outside Boom Boom Sports Bar.
Police Chief William McManus said the suspect went to his car, got a gun — a long gun — came back, and shot five people in the parking lot.
McManus said the shooting immediately killed two of the victims as the third victim died while undergoing treatment at a local hospital.
McManus added that all of the victims were in their 20s and 30s.
The suspect who is of the same age as his victims hurriedly escaped after the shooting.
A police manhunt operation is now ongoing against the male suspect.
