
Seven individuals were hurt in a terrorist ramming incident on Tuesday afternoon in northern Tel Aviv.
On Pinchas Rosen Street in the Neve Dan neighborhood, the assault took place.
The majority of those harmed were as a result of the first ramming, although one victim had been stabbed in the neck after the terrorist exited his automobile.
Three of the victims are in moderate to critical condition; two are in moderate condition; and two others are in light condition, according to hospital authorities at Beilinson and Ichilov hospitals.
Bystanders at the scene successfully neutralized the terrorist. He was recognized as a 23-year-old Samoan living in the Southern Hevron highlands by the name of Hassin Issa Hussein Halaila.
According to reports, he was a chronically ill man who was granted a temporary residency visa in Israel for health-related reasons.
