Russian bombardment in Ukraine’s southern Kherson area on Sunday claimed the lives of seven people, including a 23-day-old baby girl, according to the nation’s internal affairs ministry.
A family, consisting of a husband, wife, 12-year-old boy, and 23-day-old girl, was murdered by artillery bombardment in the village of Shiroka Balka on the banks of the Dnieper River, along with another local. In the nearby village of Stanislav, where a woman was also hurt, two men were killed.
