The all-new 2021 Nissan Rogue, the third-gen from Nissan’s league of power-packed SUV’s, is set to make it’s debut at dealerships by the end of this month, with a minimal price hike of just $160, despite its promising additions.
Starting at $26,745, which is $160 higher than the 2020 model’s base price, the new Rogue will showcase four trim levels, namely- S, SV, SL, and Platinum. All trims come with a standard with front-wheel drive, with an all-wheel-drive option that will cost you $1,400 more. The top-most trim Platinum is priced at $36,525, which is considerably more than the topmost SL trim on the 2020 Rogue last year, but is worth the price since there’s lots that it can offer.
As reported by Motortrend, every 2021 Rogue is powered by the same 181-hp 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine and continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT); the powertrain is no powerhouse but should provide above-average real-world fuel economy. As before, every Rogue comes standard with automated emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, blind-spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert.
In addition to these specifics, the new SUV also sports a much sleeker look with revamped interiors, that feature updated infotainment, an 8.0-inch touchscreen for the base model, and a 9.0-inch screen for the SL and Platinum models. The Platinum trim also comes with a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster and a 10.8-inch head-up display.
The Nissan Rogue S priced at $26,745 will feature Nissan Safety Shield 360, 17-inch aluminum wheels, LED headlights and taillights, 8.0-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.
The Nissan Rogue SV at $28,435 will include 18-inch aluminum wheels, ProPilot Assist (adaptive cruise control and lane-keep assist), power driver’s seat, and an Around View 360-degree parking camera.
The Nissan Rogue SL standing at $33,095 will showcase 9-inch aluminum wheels, leather seats, power passenger seat, memory function for driver’s seat and steering column, panoramic roof, tri-zone automatic climate control, and a power liftgate.
Last but not the least, the top-most trim- Nissan Rogue Platinum tagged at $36,525 will introduce ProPilot Assist with Navigation Link, Wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless charging, Bose audio, digital gauge cluster, a 10.8-inch color head-up display, 9.0-inch center display, quilted leather seats, and a front-seat center airbag.
