
According to Israeli media sources, the United States and Israel have recently increased their security cooperation as there have been rumors of an impending nuclear agreement between Washington and Tehran.
A “significant” rise in military collaboration is taking place, according to a senior Israeli security officer who spoke to Channel 12.
On Thursday, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant met with his American counterpart, Lloyd Austin, in Brussels.
According to the report, the Pentagon chief gave Gallant assurances that Israel would maintain its superior military position in the area and that it would still reserve the right to take action against Iran.
The two spoke outside of a NATO military ministers meeting in Brussels.
“Both leaders agreed to continue working together to address the wide range of threats posed by Iran, including its nuclear program, destabilizing regional activities, proliferation of uncrewed aerial systems, and other lethal assistance throughout the Middle East and to Russia,” the U.S. The Department of Defense said in a statement
