
Rabbi Chaim Druckman, the spiritual founder of the religious Zionist movement, passed on the previous day, and on Monday, tens of thousands of individuals, the vast majority of them Orthodox men, paid their final respects to him in a little village outside of Ashkelon.
The nation’s leading political and religious figures and members of Druckman’s personal family paid tribute to him during a large burial plagued by chilly, rainy weather.
