
The granddaughter of a former U.S. President Donald Trump celebrated her bat mitzvah over the weekend, according to her mother’s announcement on Tuesday.
A few weeks before turning 12, Arabella Rose Kushner, the oldest child of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, had her bat mitzvah, the Jewish girls’ coming-of-age ritual, Tuesday morning, Ivanka Trump said on Instagram, “Jared and I celebrated our daughter Arabella’s Bat Mitzvah this past weekend with an abundance of love and immense pride.”
“Arabella’s giving heart and commitment to making a positive impact embody the spirit of this special milestone,” the statement continues.
“From her commitment to feeding hungry families through the Jewish Community Service Kosher Food Bank to supporting children with special needs through her work volunteering with the Friendship Circle and Whispering Manes, may she begin a beautiful and fruitful chapter in her life with her bat mitzvah.”
The Business Insider claims that Donald Trump planned Arabella’s bat mitzvah party. Ivanka tweeted, “Thank you, dad and Melania, for organizing such a wonderful event for Arabella.
