VIDEO: A Hasidic Jew was punched in the face earlier on Division Ave & Driggs Ave in Williamsburg.
A dispute between the victim and the relative of a driver who claimed that their parking spot was taken by the victim to park a trailer is captured on camera at the scene, on Division Avenue and Driggs Avenue. It happened at roughly 10:15 in the morning.
A hate crime investigation is not being conducted into the assault. The victim was brought to a hospital for sutures when Shomrim and Hatzalah arrived at the site.
Police are searching for the culprit, who rode away on a bicycle.
