Ben Shapiro, a host of a conservative podcast, talked about Elon Musk’s lawsuit against the Anti-Defamation League on his program on Wednesday.
The ADL is a “progressive interest group that claims to speak on behalf of Jewish causes,” according to Shapiro. This is false. They are merely a group of progressive interests.
They frequently target people based on false information or ignore people based on false information, continued Shapiro.
Shapiro harshly criticized the leftist organization before concluding that Musk’s lawsuit is not likely to succeed. He claimed that it was “almost impossible to win a defamation case against a public figure.
It’s a really difficult standard to meet because you have to demonstrate actual malice. He kept talking.
Having said that, the ADL has provided cover for some of Congress’ worst antisemites by publishing a report that claims Twitter is now rife with hate in an effort to cut down on advertising.
In essence, you must adhere to left-wing standards of speech or lose your advertising revenue.
