After being seen on tape making anti-Semitic remarks toward a Jewish customer, a Miami-area Dunkin Donuts employee was fired.
Yeshaya Diveroli claims to frequent the store on Alton Road, but on February 1, he claims a staff member verbally harassed him because he is Jewish.
Diveroli recorded a cellphone video of the employee, who can be heard shouting obscenities and using a religious insult at him.
The employee has been dismissed, according to a statement sent by Dunkin’ on Tuesday to NBC 6 Miami.
The statement stated, “We have zero tolerance for any form of discrimination, and the former employee’s language is abhorrent and not reflective of our brand. The franchised worker was let go.
