Looks like the fully vaccinated mayor-elect Eric Adams is enjoying his free time while waiting for the start of his term this January.
Adams was seen over the weekend at Rosanna Scotto’s power midtown restaurant Fresco by Scotto, dancing outside with a group of people to the song “Native New Yorker,” by Odyssey.
Sources said Adams had just got out from an eatery when he decided to join a spontaneous dance party.
A video on the event shows Adams smiling and clapping, surrounded by a high-energy crowd as he shouts “New York.”
A rep for Adams said the mayor-elect is busy visiting restaurants to promote them and encourage people to get out and dine.
The rep also said Adams wants New Yorkers to get vaccinated and boosted to stop the spread of COVID-19.
Attending social events has become part of the routine Adams as of late.
Last week, Adams was spotted at former Congressman Adam Clayton Powell Jr’s holiday party at Hidden Lane along with Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer and Nicki Minaj’s mother Carol Maraj.
Adams was also seen several times at private members club Zero Bond, chatting up Gen-Zers like Dixie D’Amelio and hanging out with the likes of Nets star James Harden, La La Anthony, and Paris Hilton.
The Democratic mayor-elect is set to assume office on January 1.
