In a car-ramming attack on Tuesday, two Israelis were injured. The incident happened in the West Bank at the Tapuah Junction.
According to the emergency agency Rescuers Without Borders, two conscious patients are being treated by their doctors and are described as having light to moderate conditions.
The car reportedly left the scene of the attack and never returned.
The IDF did not release any additional information, only describing the situation as a possible ramming attack.
Victims are listed in light and moderate conditions.
