After discovering Nazi insignia etched into a menorah in Beverly Hills, police reported that a man was detained.
Police stated that officers responded to allegations of a menorah being smashed on private property Sunday night.
Police in Dallas, Texas, claimed that Eric Brian King was apprehended after surveillance footage helped them to look into criminal vandalism and a hate crime.
It was unclear right away if King had a lawyer. According to online records from the Los Angeles County jail, King, 47, had a court date on Tuesday.
