Police have stepped up their search and rescue operations in Meron in response to fresh information on the whereabouts of the missing 16-year-old Moishy Kleinerman.
The resumed searches will concentrate on this area, according to Channel 12 news, because police are looking into a person who claims to have seen Moishy in a region close to Meron that officers had not previously searched.
Police emphasized that there was no DNA evidence and would not use dog units in the search, instead focusing on covering previously unsearched terrain.
On December 12, the video below depicts police searching the new Har Meron neighborhood.

Although police discounted their odds of locating Kleinerman in the new area, they emphasized that they would stop at nothing to find the missing teen.
Moishie’s uncle Chaim Hanfling stated in an interview with the Kan news that while Moishie’s mother, Gitty, still believes that her son is alive, “she is also ready for the worst possible news.”
He claimed that she is going through unimaginable anguish because she thinks every knock at the door and every call from the phone could be from Moishy.
